What started out as a successful food truck serving Southern Inspired Street food, Chop Chop Red Pot has grown into a thriving company within the Charlotte area. Chef Erick’s southern inspiration is seen across all of his menus and he enjoys channeling his creativity to curate meals for parties of all kinds. He, along with his partner Amanda Overdorf, have poured their heart and soul into this company and you can feel the love in every bite of food. Erick and Amanda source their ingredients from neighboring farmers, fishermen and tradesmen in order to serve the best quality, local food North Carolina has to offer.
